CREATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE · VISUAL STORYTELLING · INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT · AI-DRIVEN MEDIA

Erika Abrams builds creative infrastructure. The production systems, people architecture, and operational design that lets studios and global brands ship ambitious work at scale.

Her work sits at the convergence of creative pipeline, people, and visual storytelling across interactive entertainment, global brand and franchise IP marketing, VFX, and AI-driven media. Fifteen years. Multiple continents. P&L above $50M. Teams scaled from 45 to 300+.

The organizations she has led have delivered 18,000+ shots per season on time and within budget, generated 243M+ impressions on global IP launches, and grown profitability by double digits within the first year of her operational leadership.

She has built this inside well-known organizations in games and entertainment. Global brand, communications, and franchise IP campaign production at the executive level. Not game development. The creative systems, data-informed workflows, and organizational design that let ambitious storytelling scale without losing its integrity, with a particular draw toward companies building what doesn't yet exist.

She currently advises executive teams at recognized organizations in games and entertainment on creative operations, go-to-market strategy, and organizational design.

Alongside that work, she has spent fifteen years shaping creative culture at scale. Executive directing the LA Design Festival to 243M+ impressions and 20K+ attendees. Relaunching The Great Discontent. Producing community driven storytelling at the convergence of tech and cultural institutions. Building advisory relationships across design, equity, and community.

Working with Erika is like attending a clinic on how to perform your job with grace, humor, and poise in an environment frequently wracked with chaos, deadlines, and tension. Her ability to keep all of the plates spinning in a large, multi-locale facility is truly impressive.
